What time will my Story go live?

On your chosen date. We publish many ads each day, so our team sets the exact running order — you'll get an email the moment yours is published.

What file should I upload?

An image in JPG or PNG, ideally 1080 × 1920 px (9:16), or a vertical MP4 video up to 60 seconds. No design? Send a write-up instead.

What if my ad needs changes?

We'll tell you exactly what to fix and you can upload a new version from your booking page. Your booking, payment and date stay in place.

My payment didn't go through. Do I start again?

No. Your booking is saved — just try the payment again from your booking page, and nothing is duplicated.

Do I need an account?

No. Your booking reference and your booking link are all you need.
